Grantham Rangers do not have a Reserve team for the 2009/2010 season.

For a club to compete at this level of the football pyramid then a good infrastructure is needed and having a reserve team is vital for a club like Grantham Rangers to go forward and ensure a good stream of players come through to the first team.  

The plan is for the 2010/2011 season is:

To run a team in the Central Midlands Reserve Division

We will be looking to appoint a new manager and coach staff for this team during the summer of 2010. But preparations are already underway.  Someone with a good coaching knowledge that can bring players through to our first team. 

The manager will need to understand the valves that the club has.
